Linda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had a master’s degree +30 in education and retired after 38 years of teaching in the Ascension Parish School System. Linda loved being around her family and also working in her flower beds.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, John Allen Landry; two sons, Andre Landry (Caroline) and Jon Landry; one sister, Jane Roby and one granddaughter, Mariah Landry.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam “Pool” Solar and Ella Pittman Solar.
A graveside service will be held at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church Mausoleum on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 12PM.
