February 1980, unknown to me, Vincent would become a part of my life for the next 31 years and I a part of his. I met his mother on that night in February. I watched him grow day by day, his little league baseball, his soccer, his football, his bowling, his pool, all of which he excelled in. As time passed for some reason, we wanted to see the northwest and moved to Idaho. That is where Vincent got to pursue one of his greatest passions in life, FISHING! Fortunately, we moved to a house of a lake, Cocolalla Lake, in Idaho. Vince fished every day he could find time to. Then we got a boat with a motor in which he almost lived in during the summer. He fished daily for hours and hours. I never saw a person eat so much fish and love it as much as he did. Vince and I also did some hunting in Idaho where he got his first deer. We cut a lot of firewood, due to the fact that is all we had for heat in Idaho. Vince also spent some time in the Job Corps which he also excelled in and became a team leader/counselor for this group. Vince then went back to California for a short time only to return with his love Angie. And then, one of the greatest things in the world that could happen to him, he was blessed with his only son Jared, the light of his life. Still to this day and always will be the best of pals, Dad and Jared. This is just a small portion of my thoughts. Vince, I will always love you and will miss you terribly. Bob
