This charming man passed away peacefully while in the care of Blackadar Continuing Care Centre on the 1st day of February, 2012. Predeceased by his parents, George and Hope Chapman. Don was a lifelong member of St. Giles United Church of which he was a trustee for many years. Don very much regarded his extended family and congregation members of St. Giles. Special thank you to the nursing team lead by Sandy Blackadar, at Blackadar for their compassionate care. A funeral service will be held at St. Giles United Church, 85 Holton Avenue South, Hamilton on Saturday, February 11th at 11am with visitation to commence at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Giles United Church would be appreciated.
