Edith fell asleep in the presence of her family at St. Peter’s at Chedoke, Hamilton on October 30, 2010 in her 92nd year. Deeply missed by her daughter Dorothy and grandchildren Deanne, John, Alice, Mike, and Amy. Edith is also survived by six great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband John (1986) and son William (1999). Edith emigrated from England as a young girl. In keeping with her desires, cremation has taken place. Donations in memory of Edith may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
