At Shalom Village on May 12, 2017 at the age of 91, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. He is mourned by his wife Christine Mary, his son David William (Heather), daughter-in-law Linda, grandson Andrew and granddaughter Carolyn. Predeceased by his son Christopher John. Bill spent his working life in steel making, visiting plants worldwide. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking, golfing and fishing. Cremation has taken place. Special thanks to the staff at Shalom Village. Donations may be given to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of your choice.
