Born in East Hartford on October 20, 1928, a son of the late Pietro and Giovanna (Caloccia) Frasca, he had been a lifelong resident of the town of East Hartford. Domenico was a devoted father and papa who always put his family first. His greatest joy was spending time with his entire family. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and gardening. He also liked traveling with his wife to different destinations and was a loyal fan of the Boston Red Sox. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus - Rev. J.C. Martin Council #3901 of East Hartford and of the former East Hartford Elks Lodge #2063. Domenico will be remembered for his kind loving spirit and good sense of humor.
Domenico was a proud, decorated veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Teamster Local 559 and was employed as a truck driver by First National Grocery Store for 30 years. A devout catholic, he was a communicant of St. Rose Church and St. Mary’s Church both in East Hartford.
