

Jeanne M. (Beauregard) Trinks, 77 of East Hartford beloved wife of 53 years of Richard H. Trinks passed away on Tuesday (January 16, 2007) at her home surrounded by her caring family at her side, following a courageous battle with CBGD. Jeanne was born on November 22, 1929 in Fall River MA and was the daughter of the late David and Marie Beauregard. Jeanne graduated from Manchester High School, Class of 1947. On September 12, 1953 she married Richard, the love of her life. Jeanne was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, East Hartford and was an avid UCONN Huskies Basketball fan. Besides her loving husband Richard, Jeanne leaves her devoted five children, son Steven W. & Karen Trinks of Wallingford, daughter Donna and David Porter of East Hartford, son Gary Trinks of Manchester, son Christopher and Bernadette Trinks of East Hartford, and daughter Michele & John Waterman from North Stonington. Jeanne also leaves her five precious grandchildren whom she adored, Alicia and Richard Porter, Katie and Heather Trinks, and Ashley Waterman. Jeanne also leaves a very special brother Norman Beauregard and sister-in-law Theresa Beauregard of Vernon. Jeanne leaves a very special brother and sister-in-law Moose and Nancy Trinks who?s tremendous support and kindness will always be remembered. Jeanne was very close to her in-laws and leaves many brothers and sisters-in-laws, William Trinks, Beverly Bores, Ed and Evelyn Jarow, Ed and Barbara Mellot, Fred and Maria Trinks and Robert Trinks. Jeanne also leaves a very special family friend Al Phillips of East Hartford. Besides her parents Jeanne was predeceased by a special aunt and uncle, Romeo and Germaine Lamonde, two special sisters-in-law Lois Giguere and Elvia Trinks, and her very best friend Anne Phillips. The family would like to thank Hospice, especially Jackie, Marliane, Pat and Tammy, for their professionalism, kindness and compassion which will always be remembered. We would also like to thank the people at Roger?s Hideaway, especially Marianne Cofiel who was Jeanne?s hairdresser and friend for 40 years. The journey in this phase of her life has ended and a new one has started for our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Jeanne was a woman of amazing strength and character and whose love for family was endless. We will treasure all the wonderful memories, and the love we have for her will never die. Funeral service will be Friday (January 19th) at 9:30 AM from the D?ESOPO-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Jeanne?s life at 10:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, Cambridge Drive, East Hartford. Burial will be at Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home chapel on Thursday (January 18th) from 4-7 PM.
