

John M. Coyle, 90, of East Hartford, loving husband of 63 years of the late Genevieve (Lloyd) Coyle, peacefully journeyed home with his caring family by his side on Monday, January 2, 2017 at his residence. Born in Linneus, Maine on May 6, 1926, a son of the late Richard and Annie (Kervin) Coyle, he had been a resident of East Hartford for the past 69 years. John was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed for over 20 years by Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford before retiring and going into private work. A devoted family man, John was an avid reader, especially of World War II and political books, and also loved world history. John is survived by a daughter, Judith M. Sadosky and her husband, Robert, of Manchester; two sons, Richard W. Coyle of Willington, John L. Coyle and his wife, Patricia, of Granby; his special grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Sadowski of Longmeadow, MA and Susan Gallagher Sadowski of East Longmeadow, MA, Kristen Beaupre and her husband, Christopher, of Windsor, Ryan Coyle of Granby, and Sean Coyle in Taiwan; four adored great-grandchildren, Ava and Michael Sadowski, Addison and Morgan Beaupre; several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Private funeral service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
