Joseph Clinton Green Jr. 70, of Hartford, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday (January 24, 2018). Born on April 4, 1947 in New Haven he was son of the late Joseph Clinton Green Sr. and Cora (Williams) Green. Joseph was a Staff Sargent in the United States Army. He majored in business law and was an entrepreneur earlier in life. Joseph enjoyed special time with family and friends as well as art, many of his works were displayed in various locations. He leaves behind his daughter Christina Corann Bajonero and her loving husband Roberto. Sisters Carol Moore, Joan Willis, Esther Green all of New Haven, Florence Nixon of North Carolina and Martina Green of Hamden as well as two adored granddaughters Destiny and Aliyah. He will also be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. Services will begin on Friday, February 2, at 8:30 a.m. from the D’Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford, with a prayer service at 9:30 a.m. Burial with military honors will immediately follow at State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT 06457.
