William Allen ""Billy Killian

William Allen “Billy” Killian, 54, of East Hartford, unexpectedly entered into eternal rest with his caring family by his side on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in Hartford on July 17, 1962, a son of the late David J. and Theresa I. (O’Brien) Killian, he had been a life-long resident of East Hartford. Billy graduated from George J. Penney High School where he was a member of the Class of 1980. Billy was a Salesman most of his professional career and was employed most recently by ADT Security for whom he sold alarm systems. Billy was an avid golfer and a loyal long-time fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants. Most of all, Billy enjoyed being around his family and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Billy is survived by his beloved sister, Ann E. Killian of East Hartford; three dedicated brothers, David J. Killian, Jr. and his wife, Irene, of Bolton, John O. Killian and his wife, Donna Ericson, of West Hartford, Brian E. Killian of Hartford; several adored nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Besides his parents, Billy was predeceased by a sister, Claudia R. Killian of East Hartford.

Billy’s family will receive relatives and friends at the D’Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford on Wednesday (January 4, 2017) from 5-7 pm. Private funeral service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Billy’s name may be made to a favorite charity of the donor’s choice.
