Amparo R. Munoz, age 89, of El Paso, Texas went to be with our heavenly father on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Amparo was born December 17, 1931 to Socorro Molinar de Rodriguez and Arturo Rodriguez.

Amparo is survived by her son Benito Munoz Jr (Irma Munoz); her grandson Michael Munoz, her grandson Sonny Munoz, her grandson Mundo Quiñonez III and her granddaughter Anita Michelle Quiñonez, her sisters Socorro Martinez, Carmen Morales, Connie Prieto, Maria Hernandez, Aida Fonseca and Guadalupe Gomez.

Amparo was preceded in death by her husband Benito Munoz Sr; her daughter Virginia Quiñonez; her father Arturo Rodriguez and her mother Socorro Molinar de Rodriguez; and sister Eva Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 from 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM with Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central, 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso, TX. 79903. Mass will be on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM at St Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N. Clark Dr. El Paso, TX. 79905. Committal service to follow at 2:00 PM at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso. TX. 79906.
