

Andres “Andy War” Guerra III, 49, joined his father in Heaven. His Holy Father called him up to heaven on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Andres Guerra III was a lifelong resident of El Paso. Andres was born on Sept.27, 1965 to †Andres and Maria Elena Guerra JR. He was a graduate of Irvin High School, Class of “84, and a successful owner of Andres Guerra Lath & Plastering. He was well known throughout the construction community. Andy was also, a self-proclaimed Pittsburgh Steelers number one fan.
Andy is survived by his mother, Maria”Nena” Guerra, sisters, Rosa M. Ortega (Manuel Jr.), Angelica M. Yglesias (Jose Chavez) and Marisela Guerra (Oscar Ortiz) and brother, Arturo Guerra. His Godson Santana Yglesias and nephews Cyrus J. Canada, Marco A. Chavez, ƚ Armani A. Ortiz, GianCarlo A. Ortiz, and nieces Samantha D. Guerra, Andrea V. Ortega, Jasmin D. Ramos, Ariana I. Ortega and Bianca G. Chavez.
Pallbearers: Arturo Guerra, Frank Carrillo, Manny Ortega,Marco Antonio Avila ,Rafael Lagos, Rene Montes, Santana Yglesias and Victor Dorantes Junior Pallbearers: Cyrus Jay Canada and Marco Antonio Chavez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with Rosary/Vigil Service at FDA Martin Funeral Home Central 3839 Montana Ave at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church 4805 Byron St. and Interment at Evergreen East Cemetery.
