Antonio Ochoa, age 61, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday August 4, 2025. He was born on October 13,1963 in El Paso, TX to Agustin and Ofelia Ochoa. He attended Riverside High School, his physical condition never prevented him from helping his family and friends whenever they needed help, whether it was with repairs “MacGyver” and upkeeping of the yard. He enjoyed his past time with family and friends, watching his favorite team the Raiders while eating some carne asada, sipping on his cold beer “Mi Jugo” with music blasting in the background. At nights his nickname was “El Raton” as he would snack on sunflower seeds or his favorite candy M&M with peanuts.
Antonio was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Reymundo, Norberto, Ernesto, Agustin Jr, and Henry Ochoa; sister Maria Luisa Martinez.
He is survived by his loving children, Juan Angel Babb, Linda Denise Babb “Guera”, Eva Babb “Reyna”; eight grandchildren; brother, Raul Ochoa; sisters; Cecilia Almokhaizeen, Anita Carrillo, Amelia Barcel, Estella Armas, and Sara Chavez; longtime companion, Darlene Babb, and extended family.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903.
