Arturo H. TOVAR, age 78, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022. Arturo was born February 1, 1944 to Carmen Lopez and Joe Tovar.

Arturo is survived by his spouse, Raquel T. Tovar; his son Joe A. Tovar (Natalie); and his son Adrian Tovar; his sister Mary Lou Camarillo, his sister Rosie Lucas and his sister Migdalia Gutierrez; his grandchildren Joseph Patrick, Matheau, Amanda, Ashley and Adam. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.

Arturo was preceded in death by his son Mario Ruben Tovar; his mother Carmen Lopez and his father Joe Tovar.
