Aurora was a long-time member of Holy Family Catholic Church in El Paso, Texas. She enjoyed knitting, reading & watching EWTN. She also liked taking rides, exploring her community and sitting in her patio. She will be sincerely missed by her close friends and family.
Aurora is survived by her daughters Cecilia Buckner, Laura Nuñez & Gloria Nuñez; granddaughters Michelle Cristine Buckner & Melissa Buckner & her beloved pet dog Jake. She is also survived by her brother Miguel Estrada & sister Evangelina Artalejo. Aurora was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Nuñez and her dog Tiny.
A rosary service for Aurora will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 7:20 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. A visitation will occur from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 900 W Missouri Ave., El Paso, TX 79902.
