Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Cipriano Francisco Torres, 78, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmen; daughters, Marie Ann Rodriguez, Rebecca Ments, and Joann Blair; grandchildren; Allen Blair, Allanah Blair, and Ashten Taylor; great grandchild, Harleigh Ruffin; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Vigil Service at 10:30 a.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 12400 E. Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, 79936 with services concluding thereafter.
