Eduardo graduated from El Paso High School in 1944. He then went on to graduate from Texas Western College on May 29, 1958.
He was contracted by Engineer Sign (Quinton Engrs) to work in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy (Oct. '66 to Dec.'67). He assisted in establishing offices in charge of construction projects. He was issued the position of U.S. Navy Officer.
His favorite musical artist was Eydie Gormé y Trio Los Panchos, he listened to them thousands of times, it made him very happy. He also enjoyed traveling to different parts of the world; he loved the different food and cultures, and made friends in several countries. He was a very nice, kind, helpful human being; a very good friend, husband, and surrogate father. He is survived by his wife Olympia Rodriguez and his stepdaughter Laura Alejandra Garcia.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary service at 6:00 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903. Burial will be Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery , 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., Fort Bliss, Tx 79906.
