I just found out about Eric's passing this morning and I was absolutely shocked. I worked with Eric back in AT&T around 2013 and have nothing but absolute fond memories of him. Eric was the type of person to immediately leave an impacting impression on you with his charisma and energy. He was never without a smile and was always willing and urging of you to join him in his whimsy and energetic aura. He was the life of any room he walked into.

Eric I’ve rewritten this over and over because I can’t find the words to express how I am feeling. Knowing you though, you’d only want us to remember you with a smile on our face. You gave me the most beautiful memories over the 9 years that we knew each other. Your laugh will always be my favorite, your smile will be remembered forever and your spirit has lifted more people than you’ll ever know. You will ALWAYS have the most special place in my heart Eric. Until we meet again ♥️

When you came into my life, I would have never imagined how big of an impact you would have in it. It’s what you did and will continue to do to myself and many others. Your positivity and laughter will never be forgotten. You were just the type of person everyone wanted to be around, you were truly a blessing. My heart will always break knowing you aren’t here on earth but I am very happy to know I will see you again in heaven. I won’t be so sad because you would prefer for me to be happy, especially for Adina. She is so strong Eric! I am happy she is a lot like you. She loves ranch, makes the same face you did when you’d concentrate, she sleeps like you and has many features you have. You live in the beautiful little girl that we made, she was and still is a miracle. The pic I am posting is the picture you took of Adina the day she was born, you sent it to me along with the text,  “Hi mom!” Adina will forever love you. This is not a goodbye, but a see you later alligator! (As Adina says). 

Eric, some of my best memories of you were through work.. I’m very grateful to have spent 5 yrs with you there, and through the time we all became close (family), and I’ll cherish those moments of laughter, I’ll cherish the days we got to spend outside of that, the parties, the get togethers, the baseball games! Brother you were so awesome.. Thank you for becoming my friend, I’m definitely going to miss you!! 

My little Panda, I still can’t believe one of my closest friends is gone. I miss you so much already. I will miss our texts, our FaceTimes, our adventures, and the laughs. But I am thankful to have know you for as long as I did. The memories we shared are forever engraved in my heart. You were a beautiful soul and a faithful friend. I find comfort in knowing you enjoyed life and chose to share it with us. I will never forget you my friend, and I know we will meet again. Until then I will remember you smiling and joking. I love you very much. ❤️🐼 Watch over us
