Guadalupe S. Herrera

Our mother was known for her great cooking abilities in the kitchen and everyone who was close to our mom, loved and enjoyed her food. She was a wonderful mother, friend and neighbor. She opened her home and her heart to those who were near and dear to her. She regularly brought meals to the homes of her sick family, friends and neighbors and watched over them. She was known for quit wit and for making people laugh unsuspectedly.

Guadalupe is the mother of four children, grandmother to nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is survived by her two sons Nicolas Herrera IV, Johnny Herrera and her two daughters Monica V. Herrera and Libby Herrera-Tallon. She is preceded in death by her one true and only love, Nicolas Herrera II.

Gualdalupe is also survived by her sisters, Olga Sanchez, Petronila Nozari, Socorro Hinojos, Carlota Rivera and Carmela Gandara.

Inurnment will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at a later date.
