Henry Scott Kelsey, know affectionately as "Scotty", passed away March 15, 2025, in El Paso, texas. He was born October 18, 1966, in El Paso. He was a graduate of Irving High school and furthered his education at El Paso Community College. Scotty was a devoted member of Cross of Grace Christian Church in El Paso, where he served as an usher and was cherished by his congregation. His presence brought warmth and kindness to those around him.
Scotty was preceded in death by his parents, Delia Kelsey Alvarado and Dwight Kelsey, Sr.; his brother Fred W. Kelsey, Henry leaves behind his brothers, Dwight Kelsey Jr. ( Margie Kelsey), Steven Michael Kelsey, and Luis Alvarado Jr.; as well as his sister Erica Alvarado.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a Celebration of life at 6:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903.
He will be deeply missed and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
