2018 Last Christmas with his cousins who were like sisters. Jesusa and Raquel who is also resting in peace.

He is always on my mind, my beloved father!!

As Valeria’s friend, I was fortunate enough to know Mr. Esparza. He was a kind, charismatic and loving man.
It was evident that he loved his wife and children deeply and above all else. He was warm and friendly and never at a loss for words. I enjoyed spending time with him in New York and El Paso and am grateful to have had that time to get to know him.
Everyone knew his love of bikes. On a recent trip, I saw a T-shirt and couldn’t resist getting it for him. While I did not get the chance to give it to him, I hope he is up there enjoying the simple pleasure of riding his bike.
Sending my sincere love and condolences to his family for their loss. I know there will be a void as he was ever so present in any room he occupied but he will be watching over you all.

He met this woman at age 15, fell in love but she wasn’t ready . They crossed paths ten years later and they fell in love. Their love story lasted 48 years, with ups and downs, many memories, 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Several dogs, birds, bunnies also were a part of their life throughout the years. Many vacations, and lots of hard work. This picture is one of the most beautiful ones in my opinion. He had fire in is eyes for her, and she knew it. She will always love him and miss his beautiful green eyes. 

He truly lived life to its fullest, was fearless, witty, creative and unique. I remember that when he first bought this bicycle we thought wow, he lost it. But he had always wanted to have a penny farthing bicycle ever as a child. He rode it with enthusiasm, passion and without fear. at the age of 68. These bicycles had no brakes and he felt free riding it all over the city. I admire that he did what he wanted, enjoyed making people happy, and dared to be himself no matter what anyone else said negatively. He taught us to love nature, enjoy life, and find our passion . He had many passions but riding antique bikes and bicycles was one of his top passions.
