Juan is survived by his spouse, Hortensia Gutierrez; his son Elian Anthony Gutierrez; and his daughter Monica Julianna Gutierrez; his brother Guadalupe Cabrales, his brother Guillermo Gutierrez, his brother Dimas Gutierrez, his sister Rebecca Gutierrez and his sister Sara Gutierrez.
