Maria Elena (Nena) Rodriguez, of El Paso, TX passed away Friday, August 14, 2015. Born in McAllen, TX, January 1, 1955, to Esperanza and Francisco Del Angel. Maria Elena was preceded in death by her husband Francisco (Kiko) Rodriguez. Maria Elena is survived by her sons Alfredo and Francisco, Jr., her daughter Dina, her brothers Francisco Jr., Tony, Raymond, Robert and Peter, her sisters Grace, twin Maria Isabel, Norma, and Sylvia, and her 6 granddaughters Nahvia, Maia, Mina, Gabriella, Eliana, and Cruz. A devote mother and avid bowler, Maria Elena was very involved in the bowling community as a league secretary for several leagues and was a member of the Lady Border City Keglers. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. with a 6:00 pm rosary, August 17, 2015 at Martin Funeral Home Central.
