Raul V. Muñoz Jr.

August 17, 1950 -- November 14, 2018.

It is with great sadness that the family of Raul V. Muñoz, Jr. announces his passing on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Raul V. Muñoz, Sr. and Amparo D. Muñoz. He dedicated his life to public service and public health both in El Paso and in the state of Arizona. He loved playing golf, collecting coins and model trains, and camping in the mountains of New Mexico. He was a generous and sentimental man. He is survived by his wife Gale Muñoz, his children Lucas Muñoz of San Francisco and Sarah Muñoz (Luis Guillen) of Austin Texas, and his two grandchildren, Liliana Guillen and Diego Guillen. He is also survived by his sisters, Maria del Rosario Muñoz, Amparo M. Colquitt (Jose Fontes) of El Paso, Texas, and his brother, Horacio A. Muñoz (Sandra) of Pecos, Texas. Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends survive him. He loved and was loved by them all.
