

Reynaldo Vasquez, our beloved father, grandfather and brother died September 10, 2014. He was born on May 29, 1924 in El Paso, Texas. Chon, as his family and friends called him was 90 years old and a devoted Jehovah’s Witness. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Carmen E. Vasquez and his son Arturo (Tury) Vasquez, his parents, one sister, and 3 brothers. He is survived by 4 children, Vangie Onsurez, Irma Vasquez, Reynaldo (Pa) Vasquez, Jr., and Sammy Vasquez; 5 stepchildren, Marta Porras, L. Humberto Reza, Jesus Manuel Reza, Alma Yolanda Garcia and Carolina Avila; 36 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren; three sisters. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 6 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 6255-A Strahan Rd., El Paso, Texas 79932. Visitation will be Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home-Central. Our family would like to give a special thanks to his caregivers, Maria G. San Miguel, Scott Heri, and Miriam Montenegro and to all the friends for all the love and concern for our loving father. To Johnny and Yolanda Medina, words cannot express the love we have for you, for taking all the time to visit our father. We look forward to seeing our dad when Jehovah God awakens him in the new earth.
