Alice James Clark

Alice James Clark, born on August 7, 1932, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 93. A long-time resident of Ocala, Florida, Alice was a dedicated and long-standing supporter of the Lions Club International and served as a Pink Lady at Waterman.

She is survived by her children, Margaret Wheeler and Charles Clark, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Charles R. Clark, and her brother, Manville T. Buford, III.

Mrs. Clark will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to the Mount Dora Lions Club.
