She is preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Higgs; sons, Edward and Curtis Higgs.
Beulah is survived by daughters, Sheryl (Bobby) Smith, Beverly (Harold) Dietz and Vickie (Jeff) Buckman; many grand and great-grandchildren and close friend and caregiver, Linda (Byers) Biggs.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, September 25, 2015, at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Pastor Steve Clayton , with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00PM to 8:00PM and Friday from 12:00 PM to service time.
