She was a member of VFW Post #1114 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her family, traveling and camping.
Carrie was preceded in death by her husband, Estil Anderson; son, Ronald Anderson; daughter-in-law, Maggie; son, Prentice Anderson; two brothers; two sisters; and her parents.
She is survived by her sons, Shirley (Della), Kenneth Lynn (Connie) and Morris Estil (Janis) Anderson; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Alexander Memorial Park, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, with burial to follow. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 West Illinois Street.
