David Myers

David was born in Evansville, Indiana on November 21, 1950 to Bonnie Juanita (Hunter) and Leroy Donald Myers. He graduated from Reitz High School in 1969. After high school, David joined the National Guard. His construction career spanned many years in various job sites in Evansville, IN, Orland, FL and Phoenix AZ. He was skilled in carpentry, concrete and the steel trade.

David is survived by his son, Brandon Myers of Evansville, IN; father, Leroy Donald Myers (Char) of Urbana, IL; sister, Lisa Brothers (Gary) of Evansville, IN; step son, Brent Minton of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Brenton Lee Myers and Cierrah Dyon Myers and Brandon's mother, Sharon Mand of Evansville, IN.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Juanita (Hunter) Jarboe in 2009, his brother, Jeff Myers in 1971 and his grandfather Leroy "Pappy" Myers in 1989.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Browning Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery where the Retired Veterans Memorial Club will conduct military rites.

Friends may visit from 9:00am until service time on Saturday at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue, Evansville, IN 47711.
