

Doug worked as a tool and die maker at Berry Plastics. He was a member of the Riverbend Association, the Outboard Boating Club and enjoyed camping.
Surviving Doug are a son, Corey Chamberlain; his father and stepmother, Cecil Blaine and Eva Chamberlain; a sister, Kathy Webster and brother, David (Karen) Chamberlain, all of Evansville.
Doug was preceded in death by his mother, Deloris (Walker) Chamberlain.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Gene Backes officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday and from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Pine Haven Rehabilitation Center and Deaconess VNA Plus Hospice and their staffs for the compassionate care given to Doug.
