She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Koltinsky and Samantha Dillon; son, Timothy Hayes; granddaughters, Mariah, Summer and Madison; grandsons, Tyler and Nicholas; sisters, Theresa Stephenson and Regina Jordan; brothers, Larry Rainey, Norman Rainey and Larry Masterson; nephew, James Heck, Jr.; and nieces, Kody Hurst and Theresa Roy.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 20, 2015, at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit Friday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
