Angela,
Your Uncle Gary loves you. I watched you grow up, happy and smiling. I saw you struggle in life and then return to your family and spiritual home. I witnessed your emotional pain, but also your spiritual awakening. I got to see you open up like a flower to touch those you love with your beauty. I know you are with Jesus and He's holding you in His arms.

I'm Angela's Aunt Donna. I prayed for miracles for our precious, beautiful Angela every day and had great hopes for her future. She often expressed gratitude for my prayers for her children. I am thankful for the privilege of knowing and loving her. When we lose a loved one that love never goes away. It stays in our hearts and minds. My mother Gloria used to comment that Angela was a happy child. One of the strongest memories I have of Angela as a child was when she was about four years old. Angela was with us in my parent's home and my mother put some beautiful Christian music on the stereo. Angela listened and began to cry saying that she wanted to see God. She always loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ so we are assured by our knowledge of and belief in His resurrection that she is indeed in heaven seeing God now. Angela had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed laughing together. In her adult years, she looked like a supermodel and I loved watching the reaction of others to her beauty wherever she went. One day we stopped at a craft store to look at yarn because I wanted to teach her how to knit. She picked out some purple yarn. Later, I knit her a scarf and hat. She thanked me and cried. In December, we visited with Angela and my brother Gary at my Dad and Maybelle's home. I asked Gary to retell some of his fishing adventures with our Dad, Don. Gary soon had Angela and I laughing so hard, we were crying. It is unbelievable to me that I will never get to enjoy laughing with her again here on earth but I believe there must be laughter in heaven to go along with the joy and peace. I hope the Lord will give comfort with the precious memory of our beautiful Angela.

Today I'm making a list of just some of the things I miss about Angela /Angie baby. With it being her birthday I excpecialy miss some of these rituals. An early morning stop at I hop, then shopping for a gift she's had her eye on. Probably. A small nose ring, with earrings to match. From one of her and Tina's favorite Chinese store's then off to a matinee, all the while spending wisely. So she could get a "thinking of you card",for Diego and Ruben. As the day is turning from morning to  evening,your checking your phone. Because mom and dad will be calling soon after work to wish you a happy birthday.and see how the day has been and bring you a extra smile. Now it's time for you to revisit that cake from I hop with the chocolate chips.or dip in one of the bags of M&M's coconut or almond joy pieces and smile. Now reflecting on the wonderful day. With a prayer.and after that reminding not to forget about something from Redboox,after the dinner.I understand now why you wanted to have them movies for a few days,to stretch out your birthday.!  I understand. God has taken you home so soon.I'll always love and cherish all the unconditional ways you had about every day life. I am just so grateful for the time we did have together.thank you so much. Your,Raphael....

My dearest friend Angie, there are so many exciting, fun, loving and cherisheable memories I have of you. One of the fondest memories I have of us together are all the sleepovers at my house. So young, so inexperienced with life at that time with no worries in the world. The only worries we had at that time in our lives was making sure we stopped at the tanning salon after school, making sure our hair, makeup, and clothing was absolutely flawless! I cannot ever forget the most beautiful smile you had and cute laugh that was so contagious!! We laughed, we cried, we argued like sisters but no one could ever keep the two of us apart!! I'll never forget the time we got to ride in a limo for my 16th birthday all the way to Monroe for the KUBE 93' summer jams concert and had the best time ever!! Angie, I still can't believe you're gone. You're never gone from my heart or my memory but your physical presence is missed and it tears me up inside knowing that I can't just drive over to your house and hug you and be there with you. I know that you are in a better place without suffering or pain and dancing amongst the angels in Heaven with your loving sister Tina, where you longed to be. I know that you don't want me or any of your family and friends to suffer here on Earth knowing that you are gone, but it is still the most difficult life event that I have ever had to go through. I'm grateful that I was able to talk to you one last time two days before you left in to the arms of God and that brings me comfort, but I miss you more than anything. The one thing Angie that has brought me the most peace through all of this, was hearing your voice speak to me in my prayers that night after the funeral, and you were telling me to please not suffer anymore because that isn't what you want for me or for your family. I've also been fortunate to begin a close relationship with your mom and sister Lisa (who are both so much like you Angie!!!), and that is very special to me. You will continue to live on through all of us Angie, and you will forever be missed and loved deeply. Rest peacefully with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ my longtime special friend. I have only known Angela a short while,but in those brief times of knowing her,i could see what a nice,bright person she was, the last time i seen her she was in the process of moving, we talked for awhile. i put a smile on her face.making her laugh, gave her a hug and left,for the brief time we had together i am blessed to have been her friend for that time.god has called her home, she is happy now. she will remain in our hearts. for she truly isn't gone.thank you Angela for being my friend.we will miss you!!!!! god bless the family!!

To my beautiful sister Angie, I miss you so much. You are in every memory I have of childhood. You had the most beautiful smile. You had a huge heart and blessed so many lives with your friendship and giving personality. You are in my heart forever. You are set free from pain and are now together with our sister Tina.

My love and condolences go out to every member of Angie's family.  I got to know Angie 17 years ago through my friendship/family with Tina.  I saw her mature over those many years and go through many of  life's ups and downs. No matter what she faced, Angie was always smiling when I saw her. She liked to joke and be playful. She loved her family deeply and made sure everyone knew it!!  Her sons, Rueben Jr., and Diego were her pride and joy.  She lit up when she spoke about them or spent time with them.  
I will remember Angie's happy spirit, smiling face, her fierce love for her children and devotion to her family.  Rest in peace with my sweet friend Tina.

You and your sisters were a big part of my life in my late childhood. Family get togethers a were so fun giggling and playing and I always looked forward to that time. 

I wish that distance hadn't been such a factor in keeping in touch with you as adults and I had hoped we could have re-established our friendship after seeing each other at Tina's memorial service.

My heart broke when I heard you had passed and that our opportunity to have a friendship again had been taken but now by a distance that cannot be crossed.

The light that glows in you cannot be extinguished in death and yours will shine in our hearts forever.

What a blessing to have been witness to Angie's life... such a tender and kind heart; always ready to share an uplifting smile. Thank you for the beautiful memories. We'll miss you sweet Angie.

Angie you will always have a special place in my heart that can never be replaced. I love you and will always cherish the memories we created together.

Don and I extend our heartfelt sympathy to the Miller family in the loss of a beloved daughter.  She will be missed by many.

My Beautiful, Beloved Daughter Angela will be remembered for her beauty, loving heart and personality, and adventurous spirit. Her Sons Ruben Jr. and Diego are the love and joy of Angela's heart and life. Angela, I miss you so deeply! I am very grateful for the love and special bond we shared together.
