

Ed was born September 10, 1930 in Boston, MA. He died peacefully, February 14, 2015 in Everett, Washington with his wife by his side. He is survived by wife Ida of 26 years, son Ted Colebourn, daughter Lisa (Ed) Weis, step-daughter Linda (Larry) Taylor, step son Clark (Wendi) Prater, brother-in-laws Dick Burden and Lee Woodard, sister-in-law Charlotte Smith; eight grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, Also…his best buddy Bojack. Ed was predeceased by son Jeff, sister Patricia Burden, parents Ena Williams and Edgar J. Colebourn II. Neva Colebourn mother of his children.
Ed spent 21 years in the US Air force retiring in 1968 at E-8 rank. He soon began his next career for Snohomish County as an appraiser retiring at 24 years in 1993, as Deputy Chief Appraiser.
Ed was a member of the Early Birds Lions Club for 25 years, American Legion, VFW, Normanna Lodge #3 and the Everett Eagles. Activities enjoyed included camping and a camp fire for many years, as well as fishing. He loved working on vehicles with friends and family at the “Garage”, he also enjoyed vintage TV Westerns as well.
Services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery 4504 Broadway in Everett at 1:00 PM.
