Florence "Marlene" Copley

Marlene was a lifelong resident of Everett, Washington. She was born October 6, 1934 to Oscar Johnson and Lillie Broberg. Marlene attended Everett schools and eventually earned her H.S. diploma as well as her Real Estate license. Marlene loved the outdoors, hiking and walks on the beach. She especially loved being around her family and friends. The time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren were among her greatest joys. Marlene was known for her great smile and big heart. Her sense of humor and warmth will be deeply missed.

Marlene is preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Lillie, her husband Joseph Copley, her sisters June, Shirley and Jean, and a son William.

She is survived by her brother, Gary Johnson and children, Danel (Barry) Mitchell, Allen, Stephen (Beth) and Julie (Phil) and two step-sons Bruce (Lori) Copley and Dale (Leslie) Copley and her good friend and ally Barbara Marquiss, plus several grandchildren & great grandchildren.

The memorial service for Marlene will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4504 Broadway Everett WA 98203.
