She was born October 18, 1955 on Nouasseur Air Base, Casablanca, Morocco to Lewis and Frances Burman. Fran lived in many different areas due to her father’s career in the Air Force. These places include Hawaii, California and Texas. She graduated from High School in Corpus Christi and earned her AA degree at Everett Community College.
She married David Livingston on August 20, 2005.
Fran enjoyed card making and cooking. She was a telephone banker for Washington Mutual retiring in 2006.
She is survived by her loving husband, David Livingston and her sister, Julia Burman.
Private interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
A Celebration of her life will be announced later in the spring.
