He was predeceased by his Maternal Great Grandfather John Ferdinand Webber, his Parents Benito Galvan and Faustina Webber, his brothers; Benito Galvan Jr. and Jimmy Webber Galvan and his sisters; Guadalupe Campbell and Rita Webber.
Manuel is survived by; his former wife, Idolinda Galvan, his two Daughters Marisela and Blanca and their brother Jesus. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, Twenty-Two Great Grandchildren, his sister Regina Hernandez, his brother Jose Galvan, his niece Elena Torrez and many extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
A Service to honor him will take place at a later date.
