Beverly K Challe passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 peacefully at home in Fair oaks, CA where she resided for 46 years. She was born in Los Cruces, NM to E.C and Leahmon McCracken. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Richard Challe, her son Michael, and her daughter Dawn Marie. She is survived by her sons Patric and Eric, nine beloved grandchildren – Sean, Jayme, Lacey, Violette, Kyle, Misty, Sylvia, Alisha, and Dane Phillip, and three great-grandchildren – Hudson, Emerson, and Gawain. Bev retired from Franchise Tax Board in 2000, where she worked for 30 years. She enjoyed visiting Hawaii and spending summers with her grandchildren. Bev was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a loving friend and will be missed by all. Funeral Services will be at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair oaks, CA on June 30, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Beverly’s name.
