He had a sharp mind and a kind heart, always looking out for others, especially his beloved cats, to whom he was deeply devoted. His love for animals was a defining part of who he was. Music was another lifelong passion. Brian found joy in collecting and playing guitars, immersing himself in the music that shaped his life. A dedicated fan, one of his most cherished memories was visiting Jim Morrison’s grave in Paris, a trip that reflected his deep appreciation for rock and its legends. Brian's presence, humor, and warmth will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. His memory lives on in the music he cherished, the animals he cared for, and the stories shared by family and friends.

Muller, and her husband, Ted Muller of Sacramento; his father, Harold "Jim" Francis, and his wife, Ruby Francis of Roseville; his brother, David Francis and his wife Pavlina Otmar of Poway, CA ; and his sister, Stephanie Olijar and her husband Derek Olijar of Reno, NV.
