Grant Woo, managing partner of Woo Brothers Investments (owners of the Orangevale Capri Market) was the driving force in Capri Market’s expansion to become the region’s first “super” market in the early 1960s. Grant passed away peacefully on July 22, surrounded by loving family. He was a loyal and hard-working brother, businessman, husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Linda; children Tim, Jeannette, Annette, Lynnette and Stephanie; siblings Frank, Clarence, Harry and Betty; grandchildren Grant, Randi, Tyler, Liam, Phoebe, Declan and Veronica. Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Sunday, July 26, 3:00 – 5:00 PM, and a Memorial Service on July 27, 10:00 AM, at Mount Vernon Memorial Park with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the name of Grant Woo to the Alzheimer's Association.
