Joan M. Norton, age 82 of Roseville Ca passed away on April 4, 2015. Joan was born on October 14, 1932 in East Orange New Jersey to parents Joseph and Loretta Rieger. She was preceded in death by her loving parents; her sister Lois Berstel, and her brother Joseph Rieger and her beloved husband Frank Norton. She is survived by her children Susan Martinez and her husband Sam, Robert Jesch and his wife Yeri, and David Jesch and his wife Donna; five step children; her grandchildren Kyle and Rachel Martinez, Taylor, Ethan, David, and Carly Jesch, and eight other grandchildren. With her family as her main priority, Joan also made time for crocheting, making her garden grow, and watching Giants football on TV. Joan was part of the Folsom Elks Lodge # 2735 women’s auxiliary. A strong and loving mother, she will be loved and honored by all who knew her. Services will be held at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, located at 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 1:00pm.
