Joseph Thomas Axtell passed away peacefully at his home on August 19, 2011; he was 51. Joe was born to Noel & Wandalee Axtell on September 15, 1959. He worked in construction as a lowbed driver. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Stephanie Axtell, his step-son Scott Rogers, step-mother Virginia Axtell and will be deeply missed by many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Chuck Axtell. There will be a celebration of his life on Friday, August 26 at 11am at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, CA.
