Julian Rodriguez

Julian Rodriguez at the age of 96, of Orangevale , CA. Passed away on January 21, 2026, Julian was born at Fort McDermott, Nevada, on the Paiute Shoshone Reservation on October 26, 1929. He was raised in San Francisco, CA, on Gaven St, till he got married at the age of 18. He worked at a can company in San Francisco when he was 12 , and then at Fraiser and Johnson heating and air conditioning for almost 40 years. It was war time so he had to work to help his mom while his older brothers where both in the service. He held many positions as a sheet metal worker and machinist and Foreman of the plant. He loved working and was a good provider for his family, his wife Jeannette, his oldest son John, Daughter Julie, and youngest son Jerry. They moved to Woodside in 1951. They lived there 18, years where he remodeled a 2 bedroom 1 bath house into a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with swimming pool, overlooking the valley. After Fraier and Johnson, he built a house on 42nd Ave, in San Mateo, then he tried his hand at his own Sheet Metal shop creating almost any kind of metal parts, he enjoyed creating things and helping people rebuild their machines or barbecues. Later he learned to golf and it was his passion for many years. He and his wife built 4 houses in Orangevale. Julian was preceded in death, by his wife of 64 years Jeannette, both sons, John and Jerry, and his grandson Aaron Donabedian, and is survived by Daughter Julie Donabedian, Grandson Ryan,and Ryan's wife Barbara, and there children Tyler, Logen, Dakota, Auriela, and Brody and Brody’s wife Allison and there Baby to be Amara, coming in a few days.
