

“Ken”
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Kenneth Robert Brown, 81, of Lincoln, California on October 8th, 2025. Ken passed peacefully with his children by his bedside.
Born on January 2nd, 1944, in North Vancouver, B.C. Canada, Ken will be remembered as a strong, hardworking, and kind man with a deep love for his children, grandchildren, and his dog Ozzie. He had a great love for being outdoors and his many outdoor passions included hiking, snow skiing, boating, fishing, biking, and swimming. He also loved traveling and was an avid old faithful 49ers fan.
Ken served in the U.S. Army for 3 years in Hawaii where he completed advanced individual military police training and achieved 2 D Class Gunner (Machine Gun), Expert (Pistol), Sharpshooter (Rifle), and Marksman (Carbine). He received his Associate of Arts Degree at Diablo Valley Junior College with a major in Criminal Justice. For a short time, he was a member of the Clayton Police Department and a Real Estate Agent while embarking on a long career at United Parcel Services for 32 years.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved children Lisa and Shawn, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Vincent and Alexia.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents William and Anne Brown, and his sister Elaine.
Memorial Services followed by a reception will be held Friday October 24th, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, located at 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
