Linda Kaye Tisnado, age 75, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025. Linda resided in Sacramento, California. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, but grew up in Citrus Heights, California. She was the daughter of Bob and Bonnie Hill (both deceased.) Linda was one of four children including: Sharon Burton (deceased,) Robert Hill, and Ronald Hill (deceased.) She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Gil Tisnado, and daughter, Jenna Foxworthy and granddaughter, Tiffany Groom.
Linda had a very rich professional career which included working at the State Capitol as an administrative assistant to Jerry Brown and at the Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, California. In addition, she was a partner/owner of a computer consulting business. Linda also worked as a programmer for the following corporations: Penn Life, Glendale Savings, California Farm Bureau, and Raley’s.
Linda loved her family, her friends, quilting, and driving her white Mazda Miata convertible very, very fast!
