Born in Batavia, New York. He Passed away peacefully at home in Carmichael, California with immediate family by his side.
Known to all as “Dick” he is survived by his beloved wife Harumi, children: Richard Cutting, Reiko McCann, Raymond Fisher, 7 wonderful grandchildren, and many loving family members and friends from across the country and overseas. Dick was a proud and honest man who could have built the blue-prints of how to love a family. He is remembered for his love for others, his dedication for world peace as a Soka Gakai Buddhist, a Vietnam Veteran to this country, and most importantly his compassion.
Dick was an amazing husband, father, uncle, and friend, who will forever be in our hearts and will be missed by all.
