Mrs. Rozanne Garner Capel

Rozanne departed this life and into the loving arms of our heavenly father on Tuesday morning at 7:44 am after waging a gallant battle against pancreatic cancer. She was our Warrior Princess. She was surrounded by her husband of 19 years, parents, sisters and dear friends. She is survived by her husband Greg; son Quincy; daughter Sydney; her parents Pete and Freddie Garner; sisters Rhonda, Rita and Renee; nieces Jessica, Breanne; grandniece Ava; in-laws Doreatha and Bob; sister-in-law Ericka; favorite Aunt Bennie and family. She considered her friends her family and wanted all to know they were loved and cherished.

Rozanne graduated Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose CA and was a proud member of Intel Corporation for 23 years. She was proud to be a part of the Folsom Bulldog family and more than anything loved supporting her children in football, basketball and cheer. Rozanne loved life and enjoyed travel, entertainment and happy times with friends and family. She brought light and laughter to everyone.
