Ruth Allinder

Ruth Allinder was born in West Virginia to Frank & Elsie Vogt on February 2, 1916, growing up in New Philadelphia Ohio. She married William F. Allinder in 1948 in Los Angeles, CA. They had three children: Patti Allinder-Conway of Rocklin; Jackii Allinder-Storrar of Victorville and Terry Allinder of Mesa, Arizona. She had 7 grandchildren - Lisa, Jason & Misty Conway; John & Jeff Coburn; and Jeremy & Chris Allinder. She also had 4 great-grandchildren. Ruth lived her last 6 years in Placer County in Rocklin. She lived in many different countries during her marriage to Bill including Canada where her two younger children were born and then to Trinidad in the West Indies.

Ruth had several hobbies - but the one she liked the most was painting - oils. In her later years she took up painting ceramics which included vases, figurines and plaques. Ruth loved playing dominos and Bingo and singing karaoke. She also adored Elvis, Harrison Ford and of course Shirley Temple movies.
