Sara Jayne Bradley

Sara Jane Bradley was born in Bevier, MO, December 13, 1916, the daughter of Amos and Ruth Reffitt. She passed away peacefully in her sleep March 3, 2011 at the age of 94. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Clarence Bradley, sister Mary Smith, brother Amos (Junior) Reffitt, and son-in-law William Sobol. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Patricia Sobol, grandson William (Bill) and his wife Brenda, her loving grandson David and his wife Brooke, great-grandchildren Allen and Sara, great-great grandchildren Skylar and Brooke. Sara was a very special, gracious, and down-to-earth woman who had many friends, both in Wisconsin and California. Until she moved to California in 2009 she was an active member of “The Club” for over 67 years. In describing their relationship with her, friends would say, “I just love her.” She fully enjoyed and appreciated her life, family and friends. She was deeply loved by her family and will be dearly missed by us all. The family wishes to thank the staff at Mountain Manor and Windsor-El Camino Care Center for their excellent care and compassion. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 11:00 am. at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks. Internment will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove .
