Teruko Jyodai-Bradley passed away peacefully at her home in North Highlands, California on Sunday, January 3rd, 2021 at the age of 86. She was comforted by her loving husband Freddie Lee Bradley and her family.
Teruko was born in Sasebo, Japan, April 5th 1934. She was the third child of Tsuneo and Haruno Jyodai.
She met the love of her life Freddie Lee Bradley while he was serving in the Air Force. The two were married at Itazuke Air Base, Japan in February 1958.
As a military wife Teruko raised her family as a homemaker and later became a seamstress once they settled in their home in North Highlands, California. She retired in 2006 to help attend to her grandchildren. Teruko enjoyed walking daily, gardening in her yard, chatting with friends, and spending time with her family.
Teruko is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Freddie Lee Bradley, and her children Curtis E. Bradley, Linda F. Bradley-Cameron and Michael A. Bradley along with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The viewing to honor Teruko’s life will be held at Harry A Nauman & Son Funeral Home 4041 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95822
