Thomas Jeremy Hong

Henry, Angela and Harrison Hong will hold a memorial service for Thomas on Saturday, December 4th at 10:00 a.m. The service will be held at the Mount Vernon Memorial Park and Mortuary’s Church of the Valley: 8201 Greenback Ln, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. 916-969-1251 (the church and parking are located on the left after the entrance)

Thomas passed away Thanksgiving night around 10:40 p.m. at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento as a result of complications from pneumonia; he was surrounded by family and friends when he passed.

Following the service, Henry, Angela and Harrison will open their home to family and friends.
